Inspired by pre-prohibition times, the golden age of spirits. Experience FEWs handcrafted, small batch spirits, born in the home of temperance. Made of equal parts, craft and courage and always 100% Grain-to-Glass All grains are sourced within 100 miles of Evanston, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, where the distillery is located.

Though not required of a single malt made in the US, this is produced from 100% malted barley. One malt to rule them all and in whisky bind them. Hints of smoked almond and honey on the nose. the texture and flavors are reminiscent of a perfectly crafted cappuccino, semi-sweet chocolate with a subtle smoke from cherry wood and oak. residual flavors of bourbon and rye round out this soft smooth dram.

Smoked with cherry wood rather than peat. Only 500-600 bottles released annually worldwide. NoseSugary vanilla fudge, salted caramel ice cream. Green apple too, with thyme honey and spices: garam masala and turmeric. Dark chocolate winds its way throughout. PalateRed apple now along with more fragrant exotic spices on a chocolate Flake.
